Competty named Senior Housing Influencer by GlobeSt.

Lument’s Brad Competty was recently recognized by GlobeSt. as one of its Senior Housing Influencers for 2022. In bestowing the honor, GlobeSt. noted Brad’s deep understanding of financing structures such as bonds, HUD-FHA, Fannie Mae and USDA programs, as well as bridge and bridge-to-HUD financing.
