Tyler Griffin is senior managing director and chief operating officer (COO) at Lument. She is responsible for overseeing production, real estate investment sales, and Lument’s debt brokerage business.
Her other areas of responsibility include business operations across all loan platforms, overseeing transaction management, and supporting initiatives to integrate systems and technology with current practices to facilitate production across all business lines.
Prior to Lument, Tyler was COO at predecessor Hunt Real Estate Capital and, earlier, she was COO at Dwight Capital, where she established the firm as an FHA/MAP lender with GNMA servicing capabilities. Before that, she was with Capital One Multifamily Finance as senior director, head of FHA programs. Earlier in her career, she served as a vice president at Beech Street Capital.
Tyler graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s in economics and financial economics from Vanderbilt University.
