Conner Girdley is a director at Lument and leads the firm’s origination efforts for seniors housing and healthcare clients in Georgia and Tennessee.
Throughout his career, Conner has been an underwriter or advisor to the issuance of more than $2.5 billion in tax-exempt bond offerings and more than $500 million in FHA-insured debt for seniors housing and healthcare organizations. Prior to joining Lument legacy firm Lancaster Pollard in 2016, Conner had previously been an investment banker at a large regional bank, as well as a financial advisor to municipalities and other tax-exempt organizations on debt issuance in the public markets.
Conner earned his bachelor’s in finance from Louisiana State University and an MBA, with concentrations in finance and security analysis, from the University of Florida. In 2014, he became a holder of the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. Conner also holds registered investment banking representative (Series 79), municipal securities representative (Series 52), and uniform securities agent state laws (Series 63) licenses.
