David Frasz

David Frasz is a director of commercial loan production at Lument, where he is responsible for originating commercial financing opportunities nationwide utilizing Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD and proprietary loan products. He is acutely focused on building strong relationships with clients to help them achieve their investment goals with a first class financing experience.

Prior to joining Lument legacy firm Hunt Real Estate Capital, David was a vice president on the production team at Capital One Multifamily Finance. Before that, he worked at Arbor Realty Trust, underwriting more than $1 billion in closed loans and overseeing loan screening of more than $9 billion. David also held various positions at State Street Global Markets and J.P. Morgan.

David graduated magna cum laude from Union College (NY) with a bachelor’s in managerial economics.
