Dominic Porretta is a vice president in mergers and acquisitions at Lument. He works in tandem with the firm’s healthcare bankers for both sell-side and buy-side transactions, providing transaction oversight, maintaining buyer and client relationships, and creating and improving processes and analytical models.
Dominic joined Lument in 2018 and has extensive healthcare services transaction experience. He has executed over $850 million of healthcare services transactions, including corporate mergers and acquisitions, sale-leasebacks, asset divestitures, employee stock ownership plans, and private placements of debt and equity. Prior to joining the firm, he was a member of the healthcare M&A group at Duff & Phelps Securities.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism, Summa Cum Laude, from Otterbein University and an MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Dominic holds investment banking representative license (Series 79), corporate securities representative license (Series 62), and uniform securities agent state license (Series 63). He is also a member of the Otterbein University Alumni Council.
