Kevin Deegan

Kevin Deegan is a director in Lument’s affordable housing group. Based in New York, Kevin is primarily focused on originating and closing affordable and FHA multifamily loans nationwide, but also serves clients using balance sheet products and other agency executions.

Prior to joining predecessor Hunt Real Estate Capital, Kevin was director, real estate advisory services at Centerline Capital Group. He has also held positions at Harmony Housing/Greystone & Co. and National Valuation Consultants.

Kevin is a graduate of Virginia Tech University.
