Peter Clasquin

Peter Clasquin is a managing director at Lument based in the firm’s Irvine, California office. He is focused on Southern California originations, sourcing Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD/FHA, conduit and bridge opportunities for multifamily assets.

Prior to joining Lument legacy firm Hunt Real Estate Capital, Peter was a director in Credit Suisse’s structured products group, where he sourced more than $1 billion of agency and conduit transactions.

Peter earned a bachelor’s from Pomona College and a master’s from the University of Chicago.
