R.J. Guttroff

R.J. Guttroff is a managing director at Lument and is focused on loan origination for the firm’s proprietary lending business.

Prior to joining Lument legacy firm Hunt Real Estate Capital, R.J. was a senior originator at Barclays where he oversaw a team that originated more than $1.5 billion for the CMBS lending platform. He also worked at EuroHype, Nomura, and UBS.

R.J. is a graduate from the University of Vermont and the New York University Real Estate Institute.
