Ryan Duling is a senior managing director at Lument, based in Columbus, Ohio. He has extensive experience in procuring, structuring, and executing across a range of commercial real estate transactions, primarily focusing on sourcing new debt opportunities. Though concentrated on conventional multifamily and student housing, he is active in multiple real estate asset classes and has experience providing solutions nationwide.
Ryan joined Lument legacy firm RED Capital Group in 2006. Over the course of his career, he has directly originated in excess of $5 billion of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, conventional bank, balance sheet and life company debt offerings, including singular first mortgages as well as larger structured transactions.
Prior to Lument, Ryan held positions with the Procter and Gamble Company, Honda Engineering North America, Inc.; Whirlpool Corporation, and Cooper Tire and Rubber Company. An active member of the Urban Land Institute, Ryan earned an MBA and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio Northern University.
Ryan is a published author in the field of biomechanics, has been named a “Rainmaker” in finance, debt and equity by GlobeSt., and is a past Connect Media “Top Mortgage Broker & Lender.”
