Sergey Klimov

Sergey Klimov is a director at Lument and is based out of Seattle, Washington. He specializes in originating and structuring small balance loans on a national basis.

Prior to joining predecessor Hunt Real Estate Capital, Sergey originated multifamily and commercial loans for Apartment Bank, the commercial lending division of BofI Federal Bank. He has worked with several national bank and agency lenders, including KeyBank N.A. In his career, he has originated more than $400 million in all asset types, including multifamily, commercial, small balance loans and CMBS loan programs.

Born and raised in Vladivostok, Russia, Sergey earned a bachelor’s in business administration with a major in finance from the Albers School of Business and Economics at Seattle University.
