Sloan Stevens is a director in the Birmingham, Alabama office at Lument and specializes in the origination of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA loans for multifamily and manufactured housing communities.
Prior to joining legacy firm Hunt Real Estate Capital, Sloan spent six years with Cadence Bank, where he was a senior asset manager responsible for the management and disposition of more than $600 million of bank-owned assets across all asset classes. Before that, he spent 10 years in the hospitality industry as an owner/operator and turnaround management consultant.
Sloan is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a former member of the board of directors of the Alabama CCIM chapter. He is an executive committee member of the Urban Land Institute Alabama District Council and a member of the board of directors for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Sloan majored in finance at Auburn University and holds a certificate of real estate development from New York University.
