Thomas B. Gale is a managing director at Lument and is based out of the Philadelphia-area office. He is the primary contact for clients in Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia and Washington, D.C., assisting healthcare organizations with bond financings, mortgage placements, debt capacity planning and interest rate risk management.
Prior to joining predecessor Lancaster Pollard, Thomas was a vice president at Sovereign Bank where he was responsible for the development and oversight of Sovereign’s Eastern United States continuing-care retirement community, senior living and healthcare portfolio, managing loan commitments totaling more than $500 million. He has been involved in nearly $2 billion in financing. He also held healthcare lending positions with Ziegler Healthcare Capital and M&T Bank.
