Deborah Proctor is an associate director at Lument and is based in Atlanta. She works with developers, owners, and investors to provide financing through Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac, and FHA product lines, along with Lument’s proprietary loan products.
Deborah joined Centerline Capital Group, which later became Lument legacy firm Hunt Real Estate Capital, in 2011. She began her real estate career at Prudential Real Estate Investors, working in all facets of the business including asset management, mortgage loan origination, development, acquisitions, and sales. She was the first woman in the firm to serve as a production vice president.
Deborah serves as a mentor and guide to women in the real estate profession. She has been named one of Real Estate Forum’s “Women of Influence” and was featured in Georgia Trends’ “Young Leaders in Real Estate.” She holds an MBA in finance from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler School of Business.
