Joshua Orpin is a managing director and deputy chief production officer, small loans at Lument.
Joshua is responsible for the oversight of all small loan financing activities, including agency and non-agency lending options. He has been instrumental in increasing efficiencies within the small loan group by developing internal processes and external partnerships, all designed to increase deal flow and simplify the experience from initial engagement with a client to closing a transaction.
Joshua joined Lument predecessor Hunt Real Estate Capital in 2016 as a sales analyst and most recently served as a director, small loan production operations there. Prior to Lument, he also held roles at Marcus & Millichap, Berkeley Properties USA, and TranStar National Title.
Joshua holds a B.A. in economics and finance from the University of Texas at Dallas.
