Bryan Cullen is a senior managing director at Lument and is based in Washington D.C. Bryan is focused on the origination of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and balance sheet loans for market-rate multifamily housing.
Prior to joining Lument legacy firm Hunt Real Estate Capital in 2004, he originated loans for American Property Financing and AMI Capital, both of which are now known as Wells Fargo. Over his career, Bryan has originated more than $3.75 billion in multifamily mortgages.
Before becoming an originator, Bryan underwrote both Fannie Mae and FHA loans. Bryan serves on the board of the John C. Mulholland Foundation and various Catholic charities. He earned his bachelor’s degree from James Madison University.
