Chris Warren is a managing director at Lument and is based in Houston. He is responsible for small balance loan production and origination of debt products for multifamily, manufactured housing, and mixed-use assets in California and the Southwest. He specializes in Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD/FHA and proprietary loan products.
Prior to joining Lument legacy firm Hunt Real Estate Capital in 2015, Chris was a vice president at Banner Bank. Before that, he was a vice president and senior loan officer at Union Bank.
Chris is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine.
