Michael McNeill is a director of commercial production at Lument and is based in Boston. He joined the firm in 2020 and is responsible for agency and proprietary loan production and support, primarily for clients and properties located throughout the Northeast and Southeast coastal markets.
Prior to joining Lument, Michael was an assistant vice president with Capital One Multifamily Finance, responsible for multifamily loan production and support across the firm’s platforms nationwide. From 2018 to 2020, he and his Boston-based production team originated more than $1.5 billion in multifamily transaction volume across all executions, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, and balance sheet lending platforms. Before that, he was an agency underwriter at Capital One.
Michael began his real estate career at Arbor Realty Trust in various agency production and credit capacities. Other experience includes positions with FactSet and Wellington Management Company.
He holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Providence College and has passed Level II of the CFA Designation.
