Richard Andrews is a senior managing director at Lument, working out of the San Diego, California office. He is an expert in FHA mortgage financing and works with the firm’s affordable housing production group.
Rick joined Lument’s predecessor RED Capital Group in 2001. He has been providing consulting services and has been associated with the firm’s activities since 1990. Prior to joining RED, Rick was a principal at Annapolis Mortgage and R. L. Simpson and Associates. He has also worked at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and has developed, financed, and owned various seniors healthcare facilities.
Rick earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in systems management from the University of Southern California.
