Dan Wolins is a managing director with Lument, where he is responsible for originating Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, bridge, and CMBS loans for multifamily clients nationwide. He is based in Lument’s New York office.
Dan has extensive experience in loan origination, relationship management, credit, underwriting, and securitization, having closed $6 billion in total transactions throughout his career. Prior to joining Lument, he spent eight years as a managing director, focused on agency loan origination, for Greystone. Prior to that, he was a managing director and chief credit officer with Hunt Mortgage Group. Earlier in his career, Dan held senior CMBS lending roles at Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, and Salomon Smith Barney, leading teams in the credit/underwriting and structuring of CMBS transactions.
Dan is a graduate of the University of Vermont, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration.
