Frank Hornung is a senior director of loan originations at Lument, where he is responsible for originating Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, bridge, and CMBS loans for multifamily clients in the Pacific Northwest. Frank has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, both as a lender and as an operator, and has originated more than $3 billion in loans throughout his career. He is based in Lument’s Seattle office.
As founder of IPM Investments, he acquired and repositioned value-add multifamily properties across the Pacific Northwest and Sunbelt markets, giving him firsthand understanding of sponsor needs and investment strategies. His extensive capital markets experience spans agency lending, bank financing, and private debt and equity solutions.
Frank’s deep Pacific Northwest market knowledge and relationships within the multifamily community enable him to identify opportunities and deliver tailored financing solutions for sponsors pursuing acquisitions, refinances, and portfolio growth.
