Hunter Holton is an associate director at Lument where he specializes in structuring Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA debt financings for conventional multifamily transactions. Based in Columbus, Ohio, Hunter works with and advises multifamily clients on capital structures and financings nationwide. He is part of the prolific team led by Andy Warnock, senior managing director with Lument.
He joined Lument’s predecessor firm RED Capital Group in 2018 after graduating from The University of Notre Dame, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the Mendoza College of Business.
