Jack Pomerantz is a managing director with Lument, where he is responsible for originating Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, bridge, and CMBS loans for multifamily clients nationwide, with a focus on the Sunbelt. He is based in Phoenix, Arizona.
Jack has extensive experience in multifamily loan production, having originated, underwritten, and /or analyzed over $2 billion in transactions throughout his career. Prior to joining Lument, he worked in Walker & Dunlop’s multifamily finance group, where he focused on new loan originations nationwide, helping to provide sustainable and affordable financing solutions for apartment property owners and developers. He has substantial experience sourcing and executing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac debt, with exposure in market rate, affordable housing, value-add, lease-up, student housing, seniors housing, and bridge lending.
Jack graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance with real estate concentration from Auburn University.
