Jacob Heller is an associate director at Lument, where he is responsible for structuring and originating the firm’s agency and mortgage banking products throughout the U.S. He is based in New Jersey.
Jacob began his career as a production analyst at M&T Realty Capital Corporation in 2021, where he analyzed and structured agency and bridge financing solutions. He contributed to a high-performing production team that closed $175 million in 2024.
Jacob holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Maryland-College Park and an MBA from Washington University’s Olin Business School.
