Jon Faulkenberg is a director with Lument, where he is responsible for originating Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, bridge, and CMBS loans for multifamily clients nationwide. He is based in Indianapolis and works on the team led by Steve Cox, senior managing director.
Before joining Lument, Jon was an executive vice president with CBRE’s debt and structured finance group. He has over 20 years of commercial real estate mortgage and banking experience including credit analysis, loan origination, and banking portfolio analysis. Jon has been involved in the origination of over $4 billion in loan closings in his career.
Prior to CBRE, he was a founding partner at Capstone Financial, which was eventually acquired by CBRE. He also has experience working at a CPA firm with a specialization in taxes and large banks.
Jon is a graduate of the University of Evansville, earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
