Matt Hubbell

Matt Hubbell is an associate director with Lument, where he is responsible for the origination and structuring of multifamily housing transactions across the firm’s Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and balance sheet platforms. Based out of Lument’s San Diego office, he serves clients nationwide with a focus on the western states.

Matt joined Lument predecessor RED Capital Group as a senior associate in 2018, responsible for loan structuring and analysis. He began his career at Fannie Mae, analyzing the financial performance of the firm’s multifamily portfolio.

Matt volunteers with Project Destined, a nonprofit organization that provides mentorship and training to students pursuing careers in commercial real estate. He is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute San Diego Housing Council. Matt earned his degree from Salisbury University with a concentration in business management and is a FINRA-licensed securities representative (Series 52 and Series 63).
