Oliver Herndon is an associate director of loan originations at Lument. He specializes in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac conventional multifamily loans, as well as small balance loans (SBL) and bridge financing. Based in Lument’s New York headquarters, he is part of an originations team led by Nick Diamond. Oliver provides expertise on agency products for clients, as he has quoted and underwritten deals in over 20 states across all major markets. He has experience with all multifamily property types including conventional, affordable, built-to-rent, and manufactured housing.
He was promoted to a full-time originations position in 2024. Prior to that, he worked on a production analytical support team where he structured, quoted, and compiled deal packages for originators. He began his professional career at Lument in 2020 as a conventional underwriting analyst.
Oliver graduated from Washington & Lee University in 2020, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration.
