Scott Regan is an associate director at Lument, where he is responsible for structuring and originating the firm’s agency and mortgage banking products throughout the U.S.
Scott has owned and operated real estate in the Carolinas since 2017. Since 2021, he has been a managing partner at J&S Realty, where his primary functions include evaluating property-level financial performance, modeling cash flows, interpreting valuation and physical risk, identifying new investment opportunities, and asset management.
In previous roles at Greystone and Sabal Capital Partners, he closed over $2 billion worth of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily transactions across 300+ deals, in credit analysis and deal sizing roles.
He holds a bachelor of science degree in finance from the University of South Carolina.
