New York, NY — January 14, 2026 — Lument today announces the closing of a $21.5 million U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)/Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Section 232/223(f) loan to refinance Village Green of Federal Way, a 170-unit seniors housing community in Federal Way, Washington. Casey Moore, senior managing director for Lument based in San Diego, led the transaction.

The FHA loan has a fixed interest rate and 35-year term.
