New York, NY — November 20, 2025 — Lument announces today the closing of a Freddie Mac conventional multifamily loan to refinance Lavana Falls Apartments, a 250-unit garden-style apartment community located in Levittown, Pennsylvania. Director John Hurley led the transaction for Lument.

“The property is in great condition as the client has made significant capital expenditure investments since acquiring the asset,” said Lument’s Hurley.

The experienced sponsor, Silverstone Properties, is a repeat client of Lument. Proceeds from the transaction were used to refinance its existing Lument bridge loan originated in 2022.

“Lument structured the transaction allowing for a preferred equity-like component to fund behind a strong Freddie first lien, enabling the client to refinance their existing bridge debt and fix mortgage payments in the coming years,” Hurley added.

The fixed-rate Freddie Mac loan features a five-year term with interest only for the first two years and a 30-year amortization. 

Built in 1974, the property consists of eight three-story residential buildings and a single-story clubhouse.
