Lument’s Chris Cain has been named a 2024 Top 10 Originator by Fannie Mae, sitting at number four on the list. In addition, he was named the number one seniors housing originator for Fannie Mae’s 2024 Top Specialty Financing Originators.
“Being recognized with not just one, but two distinctions from Fannie Mae is a tremendous accomplishment,” said Aaron Becker, head of seniors housing and healthcare production at Lument. “Chris has already made a meaningful impact since joining our team, and we’re looking forward to building on this momentum together.”
Chris Cain is a managing director at Lument, specializing in construction, interim, and permanent financing for private pay seniors housing, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities. He is based in Dallas.
