Kevin Lukehart is a director of seniors housing investment sales at Lument. Based in Southern California, Kevin partners with Alex Florea to drive the firm’s seniors housing investment sales efforts for clients nationwide.
Prior to joining Lument, he was a director at Blueprint, where he collaborated with Alex Florea to cover institutional seniors housing clients nationally. In that role, he was involved in the origination and execution of over $1 billion of seniors housing transactions. Prior to joining the investment sales team at Blueprint, he led the private pay seniors housing underwriting and analytics function for the firm.
Kevin graduated from DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business with Bachelor of Science degrees in economics and commercial real estate.
