Nick Steele is a managing director on Lument’s real estate investment sales team based in Denver. He has nearly two decades of experience providing personalized multifamily advisory and brokerage services for institutional and private investors throughout the Mountain West region. During his career, Nick has built a track record for maximizing value for each engagement and has successfully executed over $1.5 billion in multifamily sales, totaling over 9,500 units.
Prior to joining Lument, Nick was a managing director at Berkadia, where he led multifamily investment sales efforts for the Denver office. During his tenure, Nick was the firm’s top producer of multifamily sales across Colorado, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. Before joining Berkadia, Nick advised clients on multifamily investment sales at Marcus & Millichap in Denver and Apartment Realty Advisors in Phoenix.
Nick earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Redlands where he was a captain of the football team. In addition, he holds an MBA from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business.
