Jon Boone is senior managing director and head of Loan Servicing and Asset Management (LSAM) at Lument. In this role, he leads the firm’s LSAM platform, focusing on operational excellence, the integration and optimization of third-party servicing operations, and the continued expansion of the firm’s servicing capabilities. He is based in Lument’s Birmingham, Alabama, office.
Prior to joining Lument, Jon spent 23 years at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, most recently as executive vice president and national loan servicing manager. With nearly three decades of commercial real estate servicing and asset management experience, he has led large-scale servicing and asset management operations, managed complex portfolios, strengthened governance, and driven operational performance across Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS, life company, and bank platforms.
Jon currently serves as second vice chair of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s CREF Servicing Council. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
