Aniekan Udoh

Aniekan Udoh is a director at Lument, where he advises both nonprofit and for-profit multifamily housing developers and investors, as well as housing authorities, on capital structures and financing strategies. He specializes in structuring tax-exempt, FHA, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae debt financings for affordable housing transactions. He is based in Houston, Texas.

Aniekan joined Lument as a broker in 2021 along with the rest of the affordable housing group from Newmark Knight Frank. He worked with that team managing affordable multifamily sales since 2018. Prior to Newmark, he was involved in the development of ground-up low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) projects with the Houston Housing Authority.

He holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the Maxwell School of Syracuse University.
