Dylan Coleson is an associate director at Lument, where he is responsible for structuring and originating the firm’s Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD, and proprietary lending products for multifamily clients nationwide. He is based out of the firm’s Southern California office.
Dylan has over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry. He joined Lument legacy firm Hunt Real Estate Capital in 2017, where he served as a credit analyst and underwriter for agency debt products.
Dylan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business economics from the University of California Irvine.
