Evan Hom Hom is a senior managing director on Lument’s conventional multifamily production team based in the firm’s New York office. He leads a team responsible for multifamily transactions nationwide and has originated nearly $6 billion in business throughout his career for multifamily, affordable, student, and seniors housing properties.
Evan leverages a comprehensive suite of capital solutions to serve his clients’ business objectives. This includes offerings from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and Lument’s balance sheet, as well as third-party products from CMBS, life company, and debt fund lenders. Before joining Lument, Evan was a managing director at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, where he led the New York office. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Guggenheim Partners and Greystone.
He earned a B.A. in economics from Union College and has also studied economics at Universidade de São Paulo in Brazil.
