Greg Reed is a principal at Arcus Harbor Real Estate Capital, which exclusively refers all Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA loans it originates to Lument for underwriting, processing, and closing. Greg formed Arcus Harbor with his partners to provide clients with the best financing solutions available in the market. He has over two decades’ experience originating and managing acquisitions and refinancings across all commercial real estate asset classes nationwide with a particular emphasis on multifamily. Along with his partners, he has originated more than $20 billion in multifamily loans since 2005.
Prior to forming Arcus Harbor, Greg was a senior vice president at Capital One Multifamily and its predecessor company, Beech Street Capital. With his partner, Kristen Croxton, he expanded the company’s presence in the western United States by opening its Newport Beach, California, office. Before that, Greg spent 10 years as a vice president of origination for Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage, where he placed debt on multifamily and commercial assets nationwide primarily through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, CMBS, and FHA programs.
Greg supports Food on Foot, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit that provides nutritional meals to the unhoused, and The Shea Center, an Orange County-based organization dedicated to improving the lives of people with disabilities through therapeutic horse-related programs. He was also a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in finance from the University of California at Berkeley with an emphasis on real estate finance and economics.
