John Gordon is a director with Lument’s conventional multifamily production group in South Carolina, where he is responsible for originating Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and Lument’s proprietary capital loans for multifamily housing and manufactured housing communities nationwide.
Prior to joining Lument, John was a vice president at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of Truist Bank. He has extensive experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, bridge, mezzanine, and preferred equity financings.
John has his B.A. in finance and economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
