John Larson is a managing director with Lument’s conventional multifamily production group, where he is responsible for originating Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and balance sheet loans for market-rate multifamily housing clients. He has extensive real estate finance experience in credit policy, underwriting, loan servicing, portfolio/asset management, debt restructuring, and the origination of debt and equity transactions.
John worked at Hunt Real Estate Capital from 2008 to 2018 as a senior managing director and chief credit officer. Prior to that, he was a chief credit officer with HarborPoint Capital and an executive vice president and managing director with Column Guaranteed, LLC, a subsidiary of Credit Suisse First Boston. In addition, he has experience at Lend Lease Mortgage Capital and Fannie Mae.
John has a bachelor’s degree in finance, school of management, from Boston College.
