Tyler Probst is an associate director at Lument. He specializes in structuring tax-exempt, FHA and Fannie Mae debt financings for affordable housing transactions and works with local housing authorities, non-profit developers and for-profit developers.
Tyler joined predecessor RED Capital Group in 2011 through the company’s apprentice program, providing financial analysis and support in various departments, including loan servicing and asset management, HUD/FHA, seniors housing, and Fannie Mae.
Tyler earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Miami University.
