Andrew Kwok is a principal at Arcus Harbor Real Estate Capital, which exclusively refers all Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA loans it originates to Lument for underwriting, processing, and closing. Andrew formed Arcus Harbor with his partners to provide clients with the best financing solutions available in the market. He has almost two decades’ experience originating and managing acquisitions and refinancings across all commercial real estate asset classes nationwide with a particular emphasis on multifamily.

During his career, he has been directly involved in originating, underwriting, and closing over $10 billion of debt finance through a variety of capital sources, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, bank balance sheet, debt funds, CMBS, FHA, and life insurance companies.

Prior to forming Arcus Harbor, Andrew was a senior vice president at Capital One Multifamily and its predecessor company, Beech Street Capital. Andrew and his team were responsible for developing and managing lending relationships, while originating and structuring debt transactions nationwide. He was part of a team that expanded the company’s presence in the western United States by opening its Newport Beach, California, office. Prior to Beech Street, Andrew was an associate in the CRE Group of Deutsche Bank focusing on the origination and underwriting of commercial and multifamily loans.

Andrew is an executive committee member of the University of Southern California (USC) Lusk Center for Real Estate, a mentor for the USC Marshall CAP Mentorship program, an emerging leader with the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), and a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and the Urban Land Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Science from USC with an emphasis in real estate development and finance and is a licensed real estate broker in California.
