Rob McAdams

Rob McAdams is a director at Lument and is based in the Denver, Colorado office. He is responsible for all details involving origination, underwriting, and closing processes for many of the firm’s western healthcare clients.

Prior to joining predecessor Lancaster Pollard, Rob was a partner and co-founder of U.S. Hotel Advisors, LLC, overseeing all areas of hotel M&A, as well as debt and equity financing transactions, including underwriting, negotiation of financing terms, selection of capital providers, and the orchestration of closing processes. Prior to that, he was a vice president at HVS Capital Corp.

Rob earned a dual master’s degree in finance and real estate & construction management from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business. He earned his bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Colorado.
