New York, NY — April 13, 2026 — Lument has announced the hiring of Frank Hornung as a senior director responsible for originating Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD/FHA, bridge, and commercial CMBS loans for multifamily clients in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. He is based in Lument’s Seattle office.

Hornung, who has originated more than $3 billion in loans throughout his 25-year career, has commercial real estate experience as both a lender and as an operator. As founder of IPM Investments, he acquired and repositioned value-add multifamily properties across the Pacific Northwest and Sunbelt markets.
