New York, NY — Sept. 1, 2026 — Lument announced today that CEO James Flynn has been elected to serve as the chair of Fannie Mae’s Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS) Advisory Council. Composed of 10 senior leaders from the nation’s largest multifamily servicers, the council plays a vital role in helping Fannie Mae shape policy by sharing market insights and borrower feedback on its programs. Flynn served as vice chair of the council for the past two years.
