Multifamily finance veteran strengthens firm’s ability to deliver comprehensive capital solutions nationwide.
New York, NY — August 25, 2026 — Lument announced today that Christian Gorissen has joined its Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team as a managing director. Based in Washington, D.C., Gorissen expands Lument’s presence in the Mid-Atlantic region while originating transactions for clients nationwide. He reports to Rick Warren, senior managing director and head of real estate capital markets at Lument.
Gorissen brings more than two decades of multifamily finance experience, with expertise spanning agency lending, commercial banking, structured finance, and capital markets. During his career, he has originated more than $3 billion in financing across multifamily and commercial real estate assets.
“Christian’s proven experience across a broad range of capital sources makes him an outstanding addition to our growing DCM platform,” said Warren. “As borrowers continue to evaluate a broader set of financing options, Christian brings the seasoned perspective needed to help clients navigate the full lender landscape. His relationships, market insight, and execution expertise strengthen our ability to deliver thoughtful, competitive capital solutions across cycles.”
Prior to joining Lument, Gorissen was a vice president and senior originator at PNC Bank focused on multifamily debt solutions. He has held senior production and originations roles with NorthMarq, Truist (SunTrust), KeyBank, and Deutsche Bank’s Berkshire Mortgage Finance (Berkeley Point) platform. His experience includes Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD/FHA, bank, CMBS, and balance-sheet lending in addition to equity placements.
“What attracted me to Lument is the breadth of solutions we can bring to each client conversation,” Gorissen said. “Every borrower has a different business plan, capital need, and risk profile, and Lument’s platform allows us to fully clear the market in order to approach those situations with the flexibility and creativity they require.”
Gorissen’s addition reflects Lument’s continued investment in its DCM platform, which helps borrowers evaluate and execute financing strategies across the full range of capital sources and structures. Lument has completed over $1.9 billion in debt placement volume since launching its DCM platform in 2024.
