Lument’s Tyler Barnes, director on the affordable housing team in Dallas, was named one of Connect CRE’s National Next Generation Award winners due to his success working closely with originators and partners nationwide to ensure the successful execution of complex affordable housing financings.
Barnes oversees the review, analysis and structuring of affordable housing transactions across Lument’s Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and balance sheet platforms. He earned the nod from Connect due to both his role helping close notable deals and his role as a mentor and trusted resource for the firm’s credit and production platforms. He is also an active member of 121 Community Church and is involved with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Family Legacy Missions in Zambia.
