Argentum’s 2026 Largest Providers Report presents insights and data on an industry in motion. Investor interest, growing providers, new operating models, and evolving resident needs are just some of the many dynamic elements shaping seniors housing as it moves into a new era. Using provider-reported information and data-fueled analysis, the newly expanded Largest Providers report presents a well-rounded snapshot of the country’s leading seniors housing organizations and the trends shaping their strategies.
Similar to previous iterations, the report features detailed information on the top independent living (IL), assisted living (AL), memory care (MC), and continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs). To help broaden the perspective, this year’s report adds new data points: operational resident capacity, geographic reach, international operations, ownership structures, leadership representation, and changes within the provider landscape. Supplementing the data are expert insights, including a look at financing success and a profile of women in leadership.
