David Jungreis is a senior director on Lument’s real estate capital markets team. Based out of New York, he is responsible for placing debt and equity for commercial real estate clients utilizing a wide range of lending sources, including banks, debt funds, life companies, conduits, and Lument’s proprietary capital.
David joined Lument in 2023 from Walker & Dunlop, where he spent several years as part of the company’s capital markets team, most recently as a director. Prior to that, he was a vice president with Deerwood Real Estate Capital, which was acquired by Walker & Dunlop in 2017.
Prior to joining Deerwood, David served as senior vice president at Alliance Private Capital Group, where he was responsible for underwriting acquisitions and debt placement of $2 billion annually.
David graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Post University in Waterbury, Connecticut.
