Steve Beltran

Steve Beltran is a managing director with Lument and is based in El Paso, Texas.

Steve has 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, where he has been instrumental in the acquisition and management of more than 30,000 multifamily units in 24 states, valued in excess of $1.5 billion. His experience includes ownership and management of retail, office, industrial, and hospitality, as well as facilities management.

Steve earned a bachelor’s in economics and political science from Texas Christian University. He is a member of several national, regional, professional and civic organizations including the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) and Texas Apartment Association. He is a past president of the Sun Bowl Association, served as a board member for the Salvation Army, Hospice of El Paso, and the UTEP Men’s Golf Team Century Club.
