Affordable Housing Finance (AHF) published its list of top 25 affordable housing lenders for 2026, and Lument made the top 10 with $2.7 billion in affordable transactions reported for 2025, an increase of 44% from the prior year.

In total for 2025, AHF’s top 25 affordable lenders provided $72.2 billion in permanent and construction loans to developments that serve households up to 80% of the area median income, a 20% increase from the $60.1 billion provided by the list for 2024.
